These were the first days after the lockdown in Italy. It seems to me that I just now began to feel nature in a different way. These trees seemed to me more alive than I had ever seen them before. From there I was inspired to take this series of pictures. I wanted to show how “live” the trees are. In the routine of days, we pass by without noticing them. But if you just stop a little bit and look more closely, then the magic begins. To convey all the beauty and power of these living creatures, photos must be of gigantic size.
